Terms & Conditions

 

1. Ordering

When you place an order through our website, we’ll review and process it as soon as possible. Please double-check your order and delivery details before checkout, as we’re unable to amend or cancel orders once they’ve been processed for dispatch.

 

2. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. You’ll always be charged at the rate displayed at checkout.

We accept payment by major debit and credit cards through our secure payment processor. We never store or have access to your full card details. If your payment is not authorised, your order will not be processed.

 

3. Product Appearance & Substitutions

From time to time, our jars vary slightly for quality control or supply reasons. If there’s ever a significant change to the product you ordered, we’ll get in touch before sending it.

 

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of receiving them. Delivery times may vary depending on courier and destination.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or goes missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@chillisgalore.co.uk, including your order number and a photo if relevant.

Once your parcel has been delivered, responsibility for it passes to you as the buyer. We can’t accept responsibility for quality deterioration caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
     

  • Parcels left unopened for extended periods
     

  • Delays caused by weather or courier disruption
     

  • Gifts sent to recipients who are unavailable to receive them
     

 

5. Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your jam, but if you’re not satisfied, please get in touch! You may return unopened jars within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Please email us first at info@chillisgalore.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

 

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery without penalty. Once dispatched, cancellations can’t be processed, but you can still return unopened items in line with our returns policy.

Chillis Galore reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply issues. If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund.

 

7. Ownership & Title

Ownership of goods passes to you once we’ve received full payment. Until then, all products remain the property of Chillis Galore.

 

8. International Orders

We currently ship primarily within the UK, but may accept orders to certain EU destinations. Any international customer is responsible for local customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions. Delivery times may vary.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Please review them before placing an order.

 

11. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
