1. UK Shipping

We work with a range of trusted UK couriers — including DPD, Royal Mail and Evri — depending on your location and the size of your order. We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 2–5 working days of receiving them. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. 

2. Europe & International Orders

Right now, we’re focused on serving our UK customers — but we do occasionally send orders to the rest of Europe.

If you’d like to place an order outside the UK and don't see your region offered at checkout, please email us at info@chillisgalore.co.uk and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

3. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and (if applicable) a photo of the issue. We’ll always do our best to sort things quickly!
