returns & refunds Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

We take great pride in the quality of every jar we make and want you to enjoy your order from the moment it arrives. If something’s not right, we’ll always do our best to fix it quickly.

Refund Policy — The Basics

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or a jar isn’t in perfect condition, please email us as soon as possible at info@chillisgalore.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

We’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

2. Returns

If you change your mind, you can return unopened jars within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding return postage costs). Please email us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. For food safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened jars unless the product is faulty.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Gifts

If you received our products as a gift, we can only issue a refund to the original purchaser. However, we can arrange a replacement to be sent directly to you if preferred.

5. Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@chillisgalore.co.uk and we’ll investigate with the courier.

6. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable UK laws.

What To Include In The Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
