Postage:
The final price quoted on the paypal order form is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination.
These charges include signed for carriage by myHermes.
Highlands & Islands of Scotland, the IOM & IOW may take slightly longer.
There is no minimum order but postage weights starts on a minimum of 4 jars.
Despatch:
All goods will be despatched within 3 working days from receival of your order.
Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel the order within 7 working days without reason. The 7 days start when the goods are received. If you do cancel you must pay the cost of returning the goods. We will refund your money within 30 day of receipt of the returned goods provided they have not been damaged or opened.
General Data Protection Regulations:
On the 25th May 2018 a new piece of legislation will come into force, the General Data Protection Regulation. It has been created to ensure that everyone has control over their personal data, including who can use it, and for what purposes. This includes any information that can identify you as an individual, for example; your name, email address, telephone number or address. Paypal web orders, containing name, email and address, this information will only be held for the order cancellation notice and then deleted.
Any other contact Emails are deleted after one year unless the query is ongoing or they are legally required to be kept.
Professional contacts – details are only kept as long as they are still in use.
Accounts – Computer is password protected and lock automatically. Legally we must keep these details for seven years.
