This is our mildest chilli jelly, it has a very fresh clean flavour of green Jalapeño with added fresh coriander leaf and lime juice. Great side of plate relish and goes well with hot and cold meats and excellent with cheeses, can also be used as glazes or melting into sauces etc.

Cooked in the same way as a jam would be, this sweet chilli relish is made with Red Fresno and Red Serenades, giving a perfect combination of heat to sweetness. Great with cold meats and cheese, barbecues and grills, but also as a dip for oriental snacks, prawns, squid, or thinned down into a dressing.

This hottish, sweet chilli jelly is made with Chipotles (smoked Jalapeño's) which gives deep warming smokey flavour. Great with all cheeses and cold meats, and with its warming smokey flavour can add depth and flavour to cooked dishes such a Mexican stews and soups.

Made with fresh Red Habanero chilli's which gives it a lovely clean hot fruity flavour of the Habanero peppers. Good with cheese and cold meats, but also from customer feedback good with fish dishes or making dips or marinades to get the Caribbean flavour into your cooking.

Hot fruity sauce, made with Red Habanero's and mixed fruit (mainly pineapple), can be added to any dish to give it a hot tropical flavour, pour onto rice or noodle/pasta dishes to zing it up or add to sour cream or mayonnaise to make a fruity tropical dip. Great at BBQ's.

Hot chilli sauce made with Red Habanero's. Although this is a hot sauce, the full fruity flavour still comes through. Great on cheese on toast or add a few drips to your eggs at breakfast. Great sauce at BBQ's, nice Habanero flavoured sauce.

Great hot chilli sauce, made with Yellow Habanero chilli's, mango pulp and lime juice. Good sauce to have at the BBQ nice fresh Tropical flavoured sauce.
(Not quite as hot as usual as made currently with Yellow Habanero's)

Hot chilli sauce made with Bengle Naga Chillis for heat and flavour plus some smoked chilli to develop the smokier flavour even further, mixed in with tomato juice and spices. Good smokey deep flavoursome sauce with heat.

One of the original super hot chillis, good extra hot chilli sauce, made with Fresh Bengle Naga's, another good sauce to have at the BBQ if you can stand the heat. Nice fresh fruity distinct flavour of the Indian Naga.

Another of the fairly new super hot chillis, developed from a South African chilli, good hot chilli sauce, made with Fresh Fatalii Jigsaw chillis, another good sauce to have at the BBQ if you can stand the heat. Nice fresh peppery burn.
